Who holds the license?
Each license is assigned to a company or sole proprietorship. It cannot be transferred, loaned or sold to a third party.
Setup and contract term
There is no setup fee and no minimum contract term according to the license overview.

Pay license invoices by bank transfer or PayPal.
Frequently asked questions about the license
What does PM/admin mean?
PM means project manager. The paid accounts are those used for project management and administration. Customer and freelancer portal accounts are included without a per-account fee.
Does Business include more features?
The license overview lists the same services for both plans. Standard applies to up to two PM/admin accounts; Business applies from three accounts at a lower price per account.
Is electronic invoicing included in the license?
Yes. Electronic invoicing is included in both Standard and Business. OTM generates valid electronic invoice documents for all EU countries in ZUGFeRD, Factur-X and XRechnung formats. Supported document types cover customer billing and resource billing, including advance payment, correction and cancellation invoices.
Are there limits on customer or project counts?
The number of customers, projects, quotes and invoices is unlimited. The license also includes an unlimited number of free customer and freelancer portal accounts.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You can try OTM without functional restrictions. At the end of the trial, you are asked whether you want to switch to paid mode.
Do I need to install OTM?
OTM is provided as Software-as-a-Service for use in a browser. Hosting, server administration, updates and automatic backups are included.
